This orchard is located in Kokufu-cho, Takayama City, a town rich in nature and history.
Surrounded by mountains on all sides, Hida Kokufu is blessed with a stable climate and water, and people have lived here since ancient times. It was the center of Hida Province, and administrative offices and temples were built there.
Our orchard is located in the highland area (650m above sea level) of Hida Kokufu. We use clean water, the difference in temperature between day and night, and electronic techniques to grow firm apples with high sugar content.
